I will never make an account at this bank and refuse to do business with them. I was in today to try and cash bonds I had recently been given by my parents. My social security card name didn’t match any other forms of IDs I had, which is fine, I get there being guidelines. I was just not aware of them. What made this be a choice for me is there was a woman working there, I didn’t catch her name, she has darker brown hair.
