Five stars, but if I could give more, I would. This is the first time my husband's car has ever needed a tow, and we're somewhat new to NJ. (This is his baby that he's put in a lot of work in). After WAITING OVER 2 hours for a DIFFERENT tow company that would be there in "20-30" minutes, I decided to cancel their service. $300 for an 8 min tow service. Millburn police called them for us....
Would leave 0 stars if I could. Had a vehicle towed after an accident recently, and the driver was not very professional. He didnt tell me where it would be taken or how to get it back, just said to Google C and L and take a picture of the truck for the name and I would find it. I did, called 3 different offices near the crash site before I located my vehicle.
