harassing phone calls, multiple times a day. The don't give any information and can not even correctly pronounce my simple 4 letter last name. They call from local phone numbers to deceive consumers. They lie, they avoid answering simple questions like "What are you calling about?" or "What is the name of your company?". I tell them to stop calling and they end up calling me more. They contact people I know (which I thought was ILLEGAL) to try to find me. THEY REFUSE TO TELL ME WHO THEY ARE CALLING ON BEHALF OF.
Their customer service is not good at all. I called and asked if they could email me my last 3 paid statements and never received it. I called back the next day and was told it was email. I stated that I never received it so can you email it again. The representative stated I will get someone to call you on that. I never received the call. I don't believe that they are a real company. They are nit backed by the Better Business Beareau.
Their business practices are a shame. They lie, and continue to harass you while you are paying them.
