A massage is supposed to be quieting, calming and relaxing, which is impossible with the staff all speaking at an inappropriate level in the reflexology area. Three of them were conversing very loudly for the whole duration of my visit, completely ruining my experience.
Would have to he the worst massage ever is there a no star
Haven't been here but I have witnessed on multiple occasions staff not washing their hands with soap after using the bathroom, so if hygiene is important to you maybe go somewhere else
Amazing remedial massage! Hot stones & cupping were tried, then offered at extra cost. My reply was no, just a normal massage. The hard sell ruined it for me unfortunately.
My first time using them. My partner and myself both enjoyed a shoulder, neck & Upper back massage for 30 mins. It was firm and adequate, they had listened to my worries of not going near bottom of my back due to chronic injury. My partner enjoyed the firm touch and the hot stones. Well worth the $50/$55 each. Thank you we will be back!
