One of her employers was absolutely deplorable. He wouldn't allow me to speak or schedule a consultation due to his impatient, rudeness, unprofessionalism, and lack of customer service skills. He hung up on me and then called me back without leaving a message. If she hired this person to represent her business then maybe this is the service I would've received. Your employee is a reflection of your leadership.
