Had a drs appt at 1:50pm, they gave my driver 3 people to pick up starting with me getting picked up at 1:30. I had to cancel my drs appt because we were still 27min away and hadnt even left the town i live in. I dont know whats going on at CATS but its become unprofessional, call to get picked up from previous appts & i end up waiting 2hrs, when i inform driver 95% of the time its "we were never informed" even though at that point i had called about 3+ times and assured that driver was on their way and had been informed.
