Scheduled a 5:00 PM appointment. I was told to wait 30 minutes, then another 30 minutes — and then they completely disappeared. No call. No message. No explanation. I waited from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM and was completely ignored. This is beyond unprofessional. It shows a total lack of respect for people’s time. If you can’t keep appointments, at least have the decency to communicate instead of ghosting clients. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here
I don’t even get the service. Just to see a list of people full and just only 5 persons there makes no sense and it’s a waste of time. People sign, go home and return back it’s not right. Maybe next time!!
I went by the office but had a very bad experience. I arrived at 5:16 am and there was already 40 names at the list they put on the door. People arrive at 2am or before to take a turn and leave the premises so there was only about 10 people waiting for hours till they open. No way to make an appointment. No restrooms, no food in the area at this time. I missed work but had to leave bc there is no hope I will be attended. I would love to have CJ’s fill my taxes but this system is unfair, very outdated and ridiculous.
