Jean is fabulous, comes to our house, got a hold of this this year when we didn't contract her. We had complicated taxes and overseas income for a number of years and she was fabulous. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
We want to take this oppurtunity to express how much we value all our clients and always strive to maintain a professional relationship. It's important that both the tax preparer and taxpayer are both comfortable. Every once and awhile it's not a great fit, and that's okay. That happens in all industries, but we thank you for your previous business.
Jean was horrible with her response time, if she did respond. I uploaded my tax information to them on 02/23/2022 and did not get any confirmation of receipt. I emailed on 02/28/2022 to see if they received everything okay but no response. I emailed again on 03/02/2022 asking for someone to take 2 minutes to respond. Jean finally responded to let me know that she was working on my return. On 03/03/2022, Jean asked for more information, which I provided that same day.
