I haven’t worked with them but I spoke to them regarding a question and the person responded in a polite and timely manner and the pictures they sent of their previous work looked great.
Hired this company to come and fit a new kitchen sink tap. Sent a picture of the tap I wanted with a clear description. Description stated “Sauber Pull out kitchen tap”. Wrong tap was fitted (not pull out function) and I had informed the owner of the company if this could be resolved. It’s been weeks of false hope and being told it will be resolved and to leave the matter up to them to sort out but nothing. Our bathroom was totally refurbished by this company in February. We spent all of our savings and more on this bathroom. It looks lovely, until you look closer. There are several bits that we weren't happy with but decided to let it slide as they weren't anything major and we had enough of having people in our house. After it took a week longer than first estimated. Probably because they turned up mid morning most days and left at about 3.
