I have been suffering from Sciatica for many years now and in past year the pain had got so much worse. Colin is a magician! I first went to see Colin a few weeks ago as I was having great difficulty walking a few meters, due to sciatica After a chat, Colin worked his magic and afterwards I felt more mobile. I've since been back for other treatments and am now almost completely pain free. If you need released work Colin is the best person you can go to in Renfrewshire. Colin is a fantastic massage therapist. I’ve been going to him for several months now and his techniques have eased a lot of pain in many areas of my body. The focus has been on my neck and shoulders but more recently on my glutes. Going to Colin for massage sessions has made an enormous difference and allowed me to enjoy yoga again.
