An overall horrible experience. We hauled a load of freight from Jamestown ND to Burnham IL. Broker (Shannon) told us nothing about load...gave us no pick up or drop off times and none were listed. Both ends closed at 3pm and 2 pm. Were given the wrong information on both ends by shipper and receiver. As a result we lost about 12 hours of time. She (Shannon) is the most unprofessional person I have probably every dealt with in 40 years of business. She is curt at all times and provides no information. Will never haul a load ... read more
