Really good service eased up muscle and now able to pose properly for my show

I saw Caoimhin in December with frustrating knee pain, wrist pain (which I had a diagnosis of dequervains for), on top of an existing hamstring injury (hamstring tendinopathy). As an active person - I was hoping to get back into playing tennis, cycling and running pain free on a regular basis!
