Was in there this evening with my three year old. He had a five dollar bill and was so excited to get a treat. We got up to the till. While leaving Waskesiu Lake on our way back home to Alberta, we spotted a sign for this bakery and decided to stop. We were not disappointed! OMG... the bread is AMAZING! The flavor is unlike anything we've had before—absolutely delicious. The lady who helped us was the sweetest person ever. This place has everything you could need when you are at the lake. We forgot a few things and they had it all. Very friendly owners!
This is a small general store that has a little bit of everything. Great place to pick up snacks before heading to the beach. The staff are friendly. The prices are what you'd expect for lake country.
