The worst credit union bank whatever you wanna call it the worst customer service I've ever had they make you open a whole bank account to apply for a loan and then when you do apply for the loan you get denied and they cannot explain to you why or what other steps you could take in order to be able to qualify they are worse than robots I don't recommend this place to anybody do not go here at all they do not know how to take care of the customers or help them at all whatsoever it seems like they do not want business because... read more
This is review is solely based on the customer experience my husband received while using the ATM. He used the ATM, which kept his card, and he tried to seek help to see how he could get his card out of the ATM and they staff refused to help or offer a number he could call. While we would hate to say the refusal was based on race it absolutely felt that way for him. He had just taking money out of the ATM and was trying to explain what happened the lady told him he needed to leave there is nothing she could do. She refused t... read more

The inside is updated and looks good but the outside looks like a old school staff is nice and helpful.
