i think cjfcu phone service is very poor, every time i call i have to wait then it goes to voie mail. then i call again and again but no one picks up the phone. sometimes i have to call for hours before some one picks up the phone. thats not a way to run a bank.
i have a account with cjfcu for over 25 years, when i retired i moved to the philippines and i have my social security go into cjfcu, i have been here in the philippines for 17 years. when i tried to get a loan from cjfcu they denied me a loan, because they said i have no credit histroy, but cjfcu will give a loan to a 18 year old with no credit histroy for $20,000 dont you think there is something wrong there ????.
