I worked with CJ for years…as did my uncle for decades before. He was excellent. Once he passed though, it was eventually sold to Taxtrua. The trouble started there, and multiplied. I became a number…zero personal customer service. I could never get anyone to reply to my email or voicemails. My business books were wildly inaccurate for the last year I was there. I work directly with Andy and I could not be happier with their service. They've helped me with my business taxes, business income, payroll and personal taxes as well. Andy is always quick to respond, is able to explain things in a way that makes sense to me (most CPA's talk right over my head) and is a great, kind person on top of that.
