Was told to open a savings account that it would take 1 hour . At first I thought the teller meant we needed to come back in an hour she clarified that no that it takes one hour which we had no issue with by the way . I asked if we needed to make an appointment and she said no , she proceeded to say everyone else needed to be taken care of first which makes no sense we waited in line just like everyone else and the other tellers were quickly and efficiently taking care of the other customers in line .
