This is the worst bank. Horrible customer service the tellers can't even do their jobs correctly. They constantly mess up paperwork are rude never do what I ask. I have to repeat to them constantly on what I need done they never do it properly. I'm switching banks this is awful for a business. This place shouldn't even be operating with horrible employees they have working for them that treat their customers this way and can't di their jobs.
I have been going to Civista bank in Huron for 35 Years and they are the best!!
