We have banked at Civista for many years. Friendly and efficient service. When Mom had difficulty walking they brought documents to the car for her to sign. Great small town service.
Fast friendly service
Hands down the best part of my day is taking the daily deposit.. the entire staff at the store are just so wonderful and so very friendly. You really don't get that type of customer service often and they definitely deserve a raise. Thanks for always being so kind and upbeat, you never know what others face and stuff like that makes a difference
