I only have one word for this bank, shady! I recently sold a 1/3 percentage of a house of my deceased brother. The bank, Mark, was explicitly told of the details that were a part of the sale paperwork. I was told it would take at least a month. Then all of a sudden I was told it would be longer. In that time frame the bank allowed one of the owners, not all 3, to change the due date of the mortgage payment (essentially to take more money from me as the seller).
