Horrible customer service and very rude.
The worst bank and worst customer service on the planet! The manager has zero customer service and can’t even deal with someone being mad at something they were responsible for. She will just hang up on you. DO NOT BANK HERE! If you move and can’t get to a bank they won’t help you or close your account or even tell you you can’t float your account unless you are in person. Banking is a joke but clearly they are only hiring self centered incapable people now.
I hade a good experience at this bank.
