Called to ask what’s needed to open checking account. The lady said let me transfer you to our CSR. No answer. I would think all employees at a bank would simply be able to state what’s needed to open a simple checking account. Social security card. License, etc…. But nope. I get the run around. If it’s that hard to get someone to answer a simple question then I can’t imagine the struggle it would be to get help with existing account. No thank you
