Despite his qualifications, Mr. Meeks failed to provide practical guidance on how to cope with my problems. He constantly interrupted me when I was expressing my thoughts—telling me such things as “feeling ignored” is not a feeling. I don’t appreciate being interrupted when I finally try expressing myself. I will be seeking help elsewhere.

I believe Sarah is an amazing therapist. She has been nothing if not helpful to me. I think she changes the way people think, individually, and from personal experience, that’s always a good thing when you’re dealing with a bunch of labels being tossed at you nowadays. Believe in therapy and work with it and you’ll get the results you’re looking for. You can’t argue with a therapist.

Worthless experience for me and my wife. Her sessions got cut short on multiple occasions, and all I learned from it is to not call an argument a fight. I basically got a $500 grammar lesson. At no point were our actual problems addressed. A waste of $500 for sure.
