Because of them helping me several years ago I own my house now😉😉
Their phones don't get answered. Their lists and referrals are outdated, none of the lawyers they refer out still take clients referred by Civil Justice Network. Representatives are rude/unprofessional. It was truly a waste of time. I dealt with "Jordan" - while he was exceptionally poor - purposefully so it seemed (to the point that one could say he was willfully incompetent - unresponsive, immature, curiously bad at his job - simply disinterested in helping anyone) it seems he is a reflection of the organization.
