Over the past month was told Tim would call me back six times. Eventually went in and talked to Dennis only to be told Tim would call me back. Again. Never did. Left messages for Tim and Bob, even asked the receptionist to walk them a note twice. Never heard from anybody, ended up going with somebody else, but I could only imagine having to contact these folks, while doing business with them. Horrible customer service- visited the place to discuss book keeping for my business and they won’t even let me in or talk to anyone. I wonder how it will be if I started using the services here.
