Awesome information and great presentation. Carrie was our instructor and she was great! My girls felt informed and empowered. Carrie was about our size and proved that you don't have to big and strong to defend yourself. I highly recommend this training. We have two teenage daughters and feel much more comfortable with them out in the world having had this training (Basic and Advanced). We are definitely going to take some more classes!

We hired CDT to present a Mother/Daughter Self Defense workshop and it was INCREDIBLE! The information was presented in such a way that it was appropriate for 11 year olds while the mothers knew exactly what was being said about "the bad guys." Our group had daughters aged 11-18 and everyone left more secure in their knowledge and with practice in each lesson. We learned to break common holds such as a wrist grab or a snatch from behind, we learned how to use our voices to stop an attack, and what to do when we find ourselve... read more
