Shane has handled two mortgages and a couple of refinance deals for us. He is knowledgeable, accessible, and on point throughout the whole process. We recently sold a property & got to see what a poor mortgage lender looks like with our buyer. Really made us appreciate Shane even more.

I have to say Shane was a God sent. We had been working wit a local bank trying to get closing on a home. We worked with this bank for over 60days. We were told for several weeks, it's in underwriting. We were at point "give up". We were introduced to shane and Wonder State Mortgage. It was the best thing that could have happened to us. My family and I just relocated to the Little Rock area from Washington State. With being over 3600 miles away, Shane made us feel as if we were right there in his office. Highly recommend Shane Lester! Easiest mortgage process I’ve been thru by far. Shane always answers his phone and responds quickly to messages. Never left me hanging when I needed help. Finished the whole process in 10 business days. Very happy with my experience.

Shane was great to work with. He helped my daughter buy her first home. We decide to refinance our home to do renovations, since we were with Wells Fargo we thought we would stay with them. That was a wrong move. After 6 month of waiting on Wells Fargo to make a move I finally told them to forget it. Shane did it in 30 days.
