RecommendedI have heard all the horror stories from friends about how hard it is and intimidating to work with a lender. That is so far from the truth when dealing with Wonder State mortgage. We were approved quickly so we could shop the homes we wanted. When we found our home and had it in contract Wonder State Mortgage had everything on our end ready 16 days early! As Realtors we work with many banks and lenders and Shane Lester is by far one of the very best we have ever had the pleasure of working with to close transactions. There are not enough wonderful adjectives to put in front of Shane's name, but a few to begin are honesty, integrity, and diligence.
