Very nasty staff members here. The people seriously need to learn customer service. Avoid this location unless you want to be treated poorly.
My favorite location!! Always helpful, drive through can take some time, due to the lobby not opened at times, but I'm ok with that.. We live in crazy times! Shootout to April taking care of all my needs and Tana and the other younger gal! What a team!!

I have always had a great experience with this bank. But today I went in to pull some cash and one of the tellars were snappy and very rude.
Staff seem bothered by printing time sensitive bank statements for a business that has been banking with them for over a decade. After hassling with the online format for countless hours of wasted time, I attempted to have statements reprinted at the bank several times. I was successful in getting statements printed once with some pages missing. Going back to get the missing pages is a struggle.
