This bank is by far the worst bank I have ever been with. It's not so Much the service at Citywide it's the customer service! I have never been treated so low and disrespectful talking to any of these CS reps. They rushed me off the phone, before I'm even done talking they would hang up on me. I can understand if I was being rude but just asking a simple question is an inconvenience to them.
