We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference. Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

Recently, my mother was admitted to Cityview Nursing Rehab, due to a diagnosis necessitating rehabilitation. Unfortunately, my mother's condition deteriorated within a week of admission. The facility offered inadequate rehabilitation support, and staffing shortages resulted in apparent neglect, including failure to mobilize her, and assistance to the bathroom in a timely manner. The entire staff in the 2 hall/wing were just exceptional and so caring with my mother. I wanted to recognize Jason, Eddy, Paris, Burris, Ben, Roosevelt and Christie. Thank you for your grace, calm, customer service, and compassion.
