About this business

We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference. Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

The admissions team at this facility is very helpful and supportive. My Aunt is here for short term care and she says all the staff is lovely. Great place.

Makayla is proven to be the most talented and best character there is. She actually listens to you and does the best service possible. She puts people at ease and does not make it awkward. In my opinion she IS THE BEST and whatever you can do for her would be gratefully appreciated

Our 94-year-old mother was recently admitted for rehab on the 100 hall following a hospitalization. She repeatedly told us how much she enjoyed the food, and that all the staff were very kind and responsive to her needs. Sometimes they would just pop in to her room to say hello, which delighted her. From the family's viewpoint, our interactions with both admin and clinical staff were very positive. The facility itself is quite clean and well-maintained. We would definitely return to Cityview if our mom requires re-admission ... read more

Recently, my mother was admitted to Cityview Nursing Rehab, due to a diagnosis necessitating rehabilitation. Unfortunately, my mother's condition deteriorated within a week of admission. The facility offered inadequate rehabilitation support, and staffing shortages resulted in apparent neglect, including failure to mobilize her, and assistance to the bathroom in a timely manner. The attending physician exhibited abrupt and dismissive behavior, supported by the nursing staff (Mr. Brown). The facility's management fostered an ... read more
