We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference. Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

My husband WOUND could had been preventable if the attending Nurse HAD PAYED ATTENTION NOW HOPE THIS WONT HAPPEN TO UR OTHER PATIENTS IN UR CARE!!!
I had to place my husband in a Memory unit. It was the hardest thing in my marriage I has to do. I was introduced to Cassie the head nurse. Cassie and her team has been the best thing for me and my husband. Cassie is awesome. She helping him and me. Thanks CVNR. I LOVE YALL!!!
DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!! Reporting them to to the TDPS... pulled my mother out after 18 hrs due to neglect and mental abuse. These people need investigated!!!!
