We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference. Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

This facility is beyond unacceptable and should be investigated immediately. The level of neglect and lack of care is alarming. Residents are left sitting in soiled clothing for hours, call lights go unanswered, and staff are either undertrained or simply do not care. Cityview is a fantastic facility that offers long-term care, short-term stays, rehabilitation, and even a dedicated memory care unit. The staff is exceptional—compassionate, professional, and truly supportive. Admissions made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Cityview to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one.
Cityview is by far the best facility I have toured in Fort Worth. I really appreciate the staff for being so kind and welcoming. It’s never easy transitioning to a nursing or rehab facility, but they truly make this place feel like home. Everyone is so helpful and supportive throughout the entire process.
Cityview is unlike any other facility you will find in Fort Worth. The facility presents well aesthetically but more importantly the people/staff are what really sets Cityview apart from others.
