This place needs shut down! My mom was a client there and I had to jump in with the treatment they was doing with my mom. Many times my mom would sit in a dirty diaper and would not get changed for 12 hours or more. The aides always yelled at her I was on the phone on a few occasions. Please don’t send your loved ones here

You have a better chance of reaching Beyoncé on the phone than a staff member or your loved one here. How does a business function without professionally taking phone calls especially when people trust their loved ones in the hands of these people? Called corporate and got some attention but after a FULL day of calling still couldn’t speak to my loved one. I suggest if you have family here- request a wellness check from the local law enforcement because the place is not ran with any healthcare standards
