Disgusting! That’s all I can say about this place. They left my dear brother to rot in a bed full of bedbugs on floor 4. I wouldn’t recommend anyone leave a loved family member in this craphole. We complained numerous times to the administrators about this situation only to be ignored. Our family couldn’t get my brother out of this place fast enough. This place is dangerous and needs to be shut down immediately!!!
The administrator is terribly rude and uncaring building is dirty all and all the worst nursing home in Cleveland the aides are the only bright spot
