submitted drawings and specs to get a quote from them for materials. The automated email sent me back a confirmation saying I would hear back in just 1-2 days. It has now been 2 WEEKS. My project is due for bid today and they refuse to answer email or voicemail or call back. Please save yourself the time, money and embarrassment of trying to get ahold of anyone here. One of the WORST customer services I have had the misfortune of using.
