I’m paying for a gig of Internet. I was pinging at 23 megs.When I called to speak with customer service, the lady said there would be $125 charge to come look out and look at it, when I questioned her about that she was rude and hung up on me.Very poor Customer Service and I ‘m not getting what I’m paying for. I would have very much liked to stay with a local company, but they didn’t seem to care.
Just got internet in Wirt County. Runs amazing
NO IPV6 SUPPORT. 98+% of new fiber rollouts include ipv6. After reading these 3-star reviews, even if excluding trees falling on power lines where the fiber is underneath, the actual service they are responsible for, as reported here, attitude of management, leave a lot to be desired. Fortunately T-Mobile has improved tower service, a lot, and Verizon is another option; both at prices cheaper than CityNet lists services at.
