Nothing like waiting three weeks for a connection and being misled not starting out very smoothly
Internet speed is very fast, especially since we only had satellite and a T-Mobile tower for years. It's definitely a great upgrade. The technicians who installed our equipment were very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Customer service is usually pretty great but, not always helpful. We turned in our Starlink equipment to them so we could get our first 9 months of service for free, per their recent promotion. Yet, several months later, we are still getting billed every month.
