I can't tell you how grateful I am for services at Citylink, it's a great system And has helped me out in so many ways, I wouldn't know what I would do without Citylink, Thank you to every bus driver, for taking the time to help the people in the community, I appreciate all the hard work you've put in,

I don’t understand this at all sometimes people have health problems so the fact that some bus drivers don’t wait it’s discrimination and that’s not a good company look

Driver missed my stop even when I requested to stop and would not stop at any other stops even when I was requesting every single time.

As much as the bus drivers are very nice and the drive is smooth. I think it’s time for me to start bringing cleaning wipes to clean the seats each time due to that they don’t like they are clean that well. As much I love the bus because it’s free and stuff and a way for me to get around and stuff. I think I should start cleaning the seat before I even sit down because I think it’s uncomfortable how much they are not clean when I get on.
