CITYIKON is hands down the best phone repair spot around Brick Lane. I went to like five other shops before this and none of them could figure out what was wrong with my iPhone. Bossman here sorted it out by himself — no staff, just him — and actually took the time to explain what was going on. I’m currently homeless and he even gave me a discount, which really meant a lot. Proper kind guy and knows what he’s doing. If you need your phone fixed anywhere near Brick Lane, go here first.
came in for a battery swap, they broke the screen and wouldnt fix it - man started shouting at us EDIT: they fixed it after my review, but it shouldn’t take that - i still can’t recommend as the men were terribly rude and smug, customer service is everything!

if I could give 0 starts I would. I came for a battery replacement as my phone was dying on me every two minutes. 4 days later my phone stops working- the screen goes white 'white screen of death' apparently. one of the main causes for this is a faulty battery/poor battery placement. after turning white, my phone would eventually come back to normal, except the only functioning parts if the screen that would allow me to tap were the top and bottom half of the screen- more or less above and underneath the battery inside. ofte... read more
