Public restrooms are problem. It must needs maintenances. N busses Inside must be cleaned. Drivers are kindly.
You need to get something worked out. You are canceling busses without notice and causing too much of a headache. I shouldn't have to be walking to my appointment in the dark right now because you don't have a 7 bus. At least this one is close enough to walk to. I've had to cancel appointments last minute because you didn't have a bus which was supposed to be running. And if I do that enough times that office is going to drop me. This isn't about you.
