City Year Americorps members are responsible for tutoring or mentoring tier 1 and 2 students in order to improve their intellectual capacity, test scores, and grades. Working with students is great but City Year can definitely take a toll on mental and physical health with everything they do outside of the classroom and the long hours.
I am writing to formally report ongoing harassment and stalking that I have experienced for over a year from an individual named Guadalupe Ceja, who is currently employed by City Year in Chicago, Illinois.
