City Year is a good organization with a really awesome purpose but like a lot of nonprofits the reality never really lives up to the rhetoric. I think the staff of City Year Providence try their best to fulfill the mission of City Year while dealing with difficulties like high turnover and having low corps member enrollment while also trying to serve in as many schools as possible.
