Horrible service! I don’t know if there are new owners or new management, but the service has gone downhill significantly. I called to place an order while I was getting ready to leave my house and was immediately put on hold. I stayed on hold for about 10 minutes, until I actually walked into the restaurant. I am so disappointed in this place. My Sister and brother-in-law had been raving about it. The three of us went on Saturday, the burgers were a nice size and had good seasoning, but my Sister ordered hers with tomato , And when we saw it had no tomato asked them about it, and they said they were out of tomatoes. Bear in mind they are literally with an eye distance from a Walmart. Also, if they had told her, that they were out of tomato she would’ve added cheese to the burger. I was looking for a really good burger place around Walker and someone told me about City Wings $10 1/2 pound cheeseburger and fry weekend special. I am sure glad they did. The burger was huge and delicious and they give you plenty of fries. The strawberry milk shake was awesome as well. What I like probably most was the courteous and friendly worker. You don’t get that at many places anymore. I will definitely be back.
