Had my vehicle towed to a garage, was given a price of $232. I paid by credit card only to notice that they charged me $270! What a joke of a company! Thieves! You’d be better off using a company with ethics and morals instead of these idiots!!!!

Zach was exceptionally helpful and accommodating on a cold evening in downtown Calgary. Nice to be able to deal with an individual that isn't just trying to make numbers or drive revenue.

People should know that you pay for the tow trucks travel time regardless of where they are coming from. So if they dispatch someone who is 10 mins away, you pay 10 mins travel time. But if they send someone who is 40 mins away, you pay 40 mins in addition to towing time. They also require payment over the phone, which is not secure. They don’t send an einvoice for secure payment. I highly recommended calling around - there have to be better tow truck operators in Calgary.

I don't usually write reviews but I watched a city wide employee administer life saving cpr and narcan to an overdosing man, downtown Tuesday night. I did not catch her name but when I stopped to ask if everything was ok she was calm and had the situation under control. So many people walked right by without giving it a second thought. It's so nice to know we have kind caring people in this city.
