I'm not a client. I'm a person who got woken up at 3:30 am because one of their gigantic trucks was parked outside my house and the driver was doing God knows what and he was making a ton of noise.There's no way i'm the only person he woke up. Maybe 24/7 service isn't the best idea.
Terrible company, due to the lack of responsibilities and poor communication. My car was damaged due the tow, still trying to get at least some feedback from them, before taking my case further. Avoid this company at all cost!!
Charged $630 for a 30 minute tow and sent a different company to do it and they scraped my car up Response to owner: well I called city wide and Babylon towing showed up so that's a lie
Brutal service. Told me 2-4 hours to get my vehicle off a major highway. Called 5 hours later only to be told it will be another two hours. No real apology. USE ANOTHER COMPANY before you resort to having to call City Wide.
