WORST TOWING COMPANY EVER THEY DAMAGE ALL CARS THEY TOW AND DONT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY! BEWARE!
So I got my vehicle towed by this company. They brought it to the city impound. Rolled my windows up AND LOCKED my doors, but LEFT MY SUNROOF OPEN. Then proceeded to tell the impound there was no FOB. Funny how you rolled all the windows up and locked it...then don't answer my calls/messages and emails FOR WEEKS, to finally give me a generic email saving we FOR WEEKS, to finally give me a generic email saying we did an investigation and the driver said there was no key lol... wow huge investigation. City Wide Towing in Red Deer is the bomb. We had a very serious accident with our 38 ft fifth wheel. Over a cliff, Mike and his crew pulled out the trailer with minimal Damage. Over and beyond they made sure we could drive out and took us to a safe location. If not for them we would not have been so lucky. Amazing job, Amazing people. I can't say enough.
