When I first found Matt, I had been smoking marijuana for over 40 years. I had stopped for brief periods over that time, but it was never easy and it never lasted long. After my first session I did slip up after about a week, so I booked a second appointment. That one did the trick and so far I’ve stayed clean and am enjoying the freedom I never thought I’d have. I’m not saying it’s a miracle cure and I realize everyone is different, but it’s worked for me so far. I would recommend Matt to anyone trying to kick a habit.

I scheduled a hypnosis appointment with Matt in hopes of quitting vaping after 20 long years of vaping and smoking. I had tried so many times to quit and always failed. This was an incredibly healing experience with actual real-world results. I had paid thousands on 6-month weightloss programs and subscriptions and I still found myself addicted to the good things food was bringing me. 3 sessions of hypnosis with Matt did more than years of other programs. I finally feel free of the chains I had with food. And I feel freer in general. I plan to come back in for a tune up a couple of times a year, but for now, this feels like a huge win.
