This is where you should put Mom & Dad! The last few months I’ve been walking around to get a better feel for this place and I see a common thread. From the top down with Catherine to Jose’s kitchen to Amanda running the activities. Definitely book a tour and you’ll be convinced this is the place for them.
Building is high end, residents are overly happy and staff is great! Highly recommend. I seriously want to live here!!
Staff in very professional and caring. The facility is brand new and the place is very well managed and extremely clean. It's the best retirement home in Ottawa in my opinion.
Great place! Clean and comfortable. I love all of the activities they have for the residents, like this Elvis impersonator, what a fun day!
I absolutely concur with all of the positive reviews. My sister's health deteriorated very suddenly and we needed more accessible living arrangements for her immediately. City View had a furnished short stay room available the next day, and she was so grateful for it. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, responsive and helpful. This place has an honest, caring connection with their all of their residents. Highly recommend you visit for a tour.
