We have used City since May or June, and they have YET to fix our issues. We had fleas and ants to begin with. They kept sending someone out, but I kept noticing fleas on them. We ended up putting out our own poison and upping the dosage of flea treatment for our dogs, and that fixed it. Then, we had to fix the ants ourselves by putting out poison. Al the service technician does a good job for me and since he is the one that always comes he is familiar with my property. The company is good at adjusting the service to your needs.
I have t say that our service rep is the VERY BEST!! We have a large property that we have been fighting fire ants and carpenter ants allllll summer! City termite has came every single time I have a new area that needs attention!
Nothing but positive things to say about our experience! Ayden came out explained everything he was going to be doing today, what he was looking for, and that if anything else popped up to call him and he would be back out! Would 100% recommend for all your pest control needs! We are more than pleased with our technician!
