I needed a termite inspection for a house refinance, and they came by and looked at the house; but never said anything; they had said they had to deal with the Lender directly; turns out they didn't want to do the inspection due to the Stucco siding; which I understand if your company can't do a service; but they didn't contact me or the lender; so time passed and ended up costing me $800 in fees and such that could have been avoided if they could communicate properly. Ayden is such a wonderful person to work with! Pest Control is very lucky to have him apart of their team! Ayden always shows up to our property at a very respectable hour and finishes his job in a timely manner. He is friendly to not only our staff, but to our residents! He does anything and everything that is asked from any manager on site. Overall, Ayden is an outstanding worker, and I wouldn’t want to work with anyone other than him on our property!
