Stacy is the absolute best!! If we have issues, we can call him and let him know and if it is not an emergency, he takes note of the issue and asks us about it before he starts his next round of treatment. We have also had great experiences with the office staff when we have to call in.

We’ve been loyal customers of City Termite and Pest Control for a while now, and we’re thoroughly impressed with the service we’ve received, especially from Al. He’s incredibly skilled and efficient in his work. I had different service technicians for a few months in between, and I had to contact the office to ensure that Al would be the one to service our property. Thank you for taking care of our property and ensuring that our guests have a pleasant experience.

Always professional and flexible should we have any issues. We've grown to really like our exterminator. Our house stays pretty much pest free.

Today’s service was excellent. I had Alex, who was very helpful and seemed very educational on what he was doing was kind and very polite and didn’t have a problem answering any questions that I asked and he really got the job done. Charles was the best pest control person i have ever had.........did a great job addressing all my pest issues.........I feel.my home and pets are very safe now.
