Emailed them a month ago regarding a serious concerns about a staff but still no response.
Clean, relaxing environment. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. A great spot for good vibes. I also love the infused tonics/water!
Whoever was working front desk between 3-4:30pm on 12/28/24 should be fired. We arrived to our appointment on time at 3pm. This was our first time here so she gave us an explanation of everything and offered us a tonic shot. She then walked us back to our sauna and explained how everything works back there, let us know that once we change and get into the sauna, that we could start the timer which was set for 48mins. Had an amazing massage with Efrain yesterday and plan to go back regularly. What a skilled masseuse.
The front desk staff was really personable and kind, I felt cared for when I was there. Efrain was a breath of fresh air. I had a full brainstorming session while relaxing and working on some pain that he made go away. A beautiful soul. Already looking forward to my next visit.
