I had an incredible experience at City Sweats West Seattle! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how clean and beautiful the salon is. Yaz at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful, making the check-in process seamless. The level of care and attention to detail from the staff truly made this a top-notch experience. Whoever was working front desk between 3-4:30pm on 12/28/24 should be fired. We arrived to our appointment on time at 3pm. This was our first time here so she gave us an explanation of everything and offered us a tonic shot. She then walked us back to our sauna and explained how everything works back there, let us know that once we change and get into the sauna, that we could start the timer which was set for 48mins.
