Very hard to get a hold of..I've called many time with no answer or response. Billing seems to be messed up.. These guys were just bought by another company and cant not keep things straight... My contracted rate was $72 a month, with the forced insurance.. Then it went to $77 for 2 months, then this month its $80.. They seem to keep raising prices without notice and will do nothing but scam you out of your money.. I would look elsewhere.
Super quick and easy process to get a unit. The lady at the front is very nice and a great help.
You have been very accommodating, it has always been a very secure and clean storage business to use. My family and I always felt safe and secure using your storage facility. Thank you.
