The people that I have dealt with I've been totally awesome. I've really enjoyed my experience with using City storage. If I noticed something is wrong I get a hold of whoever's there and they always make it right. Everybody is totally on the ball and willing to help. When we transitioned from one storage unit to another, everything went nice and smooth.
It was easy to book online, place seems secure, staff are nice. The unit was good, way taller than I thought it'd be so that was cool.
The unit was relatively clean on arrival, and when I needed some help I called the line and it was fast to answer and help me with my needs.
