Been banking there most of my life. Some, not all, of the employees think they own the bank and enforce strict policy rules. Some are more relaxed and understand how the customer normally banks. Crap shoot when utilizing multiple locations. Average score from me. Nothing great, nothing terrible.

I think it’s a good place for banking. My only complaint would be that doing a mobile deposit takes a day to hit my account. It’s very frustrating because I work all day and by the time I get off they are already closed. So my only option is to do a mobile deposit unless my pay day hits on a Friday. I just wish they had an instant deposit option si I would have to wait to pay my bills and worry about anything being late
