This place is horrible! At first they were real good and I was early to my appointments. I had a set appointment on a set day at a set time. Steadily they got worse and worse. In a 6 week time span I missed FOUR of these appointments that I'd been going to for months! The drivers either never showed up or were too late for me to be allowed in my appointment. Most drivers I had were rude. They talk on their cell phones, text & totally ignore the customer. last driver tried to kill me driving 50 mph and weaving in and out of traffic on Ridge Road in west seneca & Lackawanna.
