Avoid At All Costs – Do not do business with this company. I attempted to purchase a couch here, and was concerned about whether or not they would be able to get it into my apartment (a third floor walk-up). They told me that they would send someone out to check the stairs and make sure, and that if they couldn't fit it, they would refund my money. Funky Funiture, Terrible Service – Although I did have fun shopping in the Cambirdge Showroom, the salespeople were utterly useless. One said that a particular sofa was on sale, while the other one said that it wasn't. I asked to speak to a manager, and none was on the premesis. Then after all the confusion about price, the sofa wasn't in the warehouse when we arrived. The manager at the warehouse wouldn't consider a discount for our trouble, and was quite rude. Nice selection, nice price – I bought a couch 2 years ago and I still love it. It makes my apartment look great and still has that sleek look. I moved into a new place and I'm going back to buy more. In my experience, the customer service has been great and the quality was great. Compared to the pottery barn and other high-end stores, it is a good buy.
unique and fun designs – If you're looking for something colorful and contemporary with a unique flair, this store offers furniture and decorative items you can't find anywhere else. It's a little out of the way but it's worth the trip, and they do have other locations. Prices are reasonable and they even sell floor models at a discounted price.
