I was recommended to Alterna by a friend. Got so tired of the arrogance and fees of the "big banks" who have a stranglehold on Canadian consumers. This is a warm, kind and old-fashioned experience with the "modern" conveniences. A "day and night" change for the better vs traditional banks with kind, patient and knowledgeable professionals.
