This is my 3rd visit to the supply store and have made multiple purchases. Too bad it's going out of business I got to purchase several items that I have always wanted.
Owner is very rude and refused to help. Once he's made a sale he doesn't care. We paid $2500 for a freezer for it to only last a few months and it is now useless. It also nearly caused our business to catch fire because it's faulty and pulling to many amps. He refused to even offer advice on how to fix it. Just yelled at us on the phone. Will never purchase from here again. I'd give negative stars for customers services alone if I could.
